Rules of the Play Area
- Supervision of children by parents/carers is mandatory at all times.
- Socks must be worn, and shoes must be removed before entering. No socks, no play!
- All jewellery and sharp items must be removed.
- Any accidents or injuries must be reported to staff.
- Inappropriate language or rough play is not allowed.
- Children must use age-appropriate play areas only.
- Riders must be seated feet first on slides at all times. Only one rider at a time permitted.
- Climbing or standing on the outside of play equipment is prohibited.
- Personal toys are not allowed on the equipment.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the play centre.
- Outside food/drinks are not permitted, except for baby food, fresh fruit and water
- Special dietary needs can be discussed with management.
- Children who are unwell are not permitted in the play centre.
Photography and Videography Guidelines
Feel free to capture memories of your own children, but please be mindful of others’ privacy and avoid photographing or filming other children.
Our Play Facilities
Designed by leading experts in indoor play spaces, our attractions cater to children of all ages.
For toddlers (under 3 area), we offer a separate section, including gentle slides, a small trampoline, and various other engaging features.Staff will monitor age appropriate use of this section to ensure the safety of all guests.
Our Safety Measures
At Doodlebug’s, we prioritise a secure and enjoyable environment for both children and their parents/caregivers.
No glass is permitted anywhere in the premises or surrounding areas.
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in or near the Premises and all surrounding areas. Please see staff for further information if required.
We conduct daily safety inspections and regular audits by certified safety professionals.
Our play equipment is compliant with current Australian Safety Standards, ensuring its safe use for children.
